Established in Krakow in 2022 to promote the legal and economic system, the Colectiva Foundation is an independent, non-profit and non-political NGO.
The Foundation seeks to spread awareness of one's rights and lawful options for solutions in conflict situations.
By cultivating a legal culture in public life and supporting initiatives that shape it, we raise the level of legal awareness in society.
Drawing inspiration from solutions implemented in other legislations, we aim at transparency and clarity in legal regulations in order to streamline and improve the quality of life in Poland.
